Problem Note 61727: Unable to remove a run or resubmit a run if files are locked

SAS® Model Implementation Platform cannot remove a run or resubmit a run if the files are locked by SAS® High-Performance Risk. The lock occurs when you open the results of the run in SAS High-Performance Risk. When this issue occurs, some parts of the run might be deleted, but the full run cannot be deleted. Subsequent attempts to delete the remaining parts of the run also fail, and the run cannot be resubmitted.
When this issue occurs, you encounter errors similar to the following:
The submitted run was invalid. Error: "The output directory for run "XYZ" could not be deleted.
Reason: The file or directory "/opt/sas/sascfg/Lev3/AppData/SASModelImplementationPlatform/data/output/run_instances/XYZ.deleted/results" could not be deleted."
The submitted run was invalid. Error: "The risk cube descriptors for the run "XYZ" could not be retrieved."
The risk cube descriptors for the run "XYZ" could not be retrieved.
